Youth of Hawai‘i
Nothing is more precious in life than a child. Unfortunately there may be times when it seems as though there is nothing more expensive in live than a child. For those moments, and for those families who are experiencing financial hardship, low income, homeless, or who otherwise qualify for financial assistance as determined by the State of Hawaii or US Federal Government Friends of the Children of West Hawaii has established our Keiki Cabinet. This program is an ongoing collection drive and distribution service for families with infants and toddlers and strives to provide
Infant Formula
Diapers
Pull-Ups Training Underwear
Potty Training Supplies
Baby Powder
Baby Oil
Child Shampoo, Soap, and Body-Wash
Infant and Toddler Clothing
as well as other infant and toddler supplies based on need and availability. This program is funded and run independently of the Enhancements and Basic Needs program, meaning that any assistance provided through the Keiki Cabinet does not contribute to the Enhancements and Basic Needs $500 annual cap per child.
